Minden szülő rémálma, hogy a gyereke betegen fog születni. Richard Davies és felesége a terhesség 22. hetében tudták meg, hogy kisfiukkal valami nincs rendben, és végül fél szívvel született. Bobbyra ezért a világrajövetele után három hónappal nyitott szívműtét várt.
